apartments for rent in Krasnaya Polyana
This project was created as a commercial property for rent or sale. The clients requested a finished product for the real estate market — a fully furnished, turnkey apartment. One of the clients is a builder, which significantly simplified the entire project implementation process.
The starting point for the interior design were the apartment’s large windows and the terracotta floor tiles, which I wanted to preserve. These provided the foundation for the space’s color palette. I wanted to create an interior that would evoke the feeling of sun, warmth, and the southern air of Krasnaya Polyana. An apartment where people would live, but also where art and books would be found, where one could enjoy the view and watch the changing seasons.

We worked extensively with textiles and tried to make the doors and built-in furniture as unnoticeable as possible. I love using curtains everywhere except for windows. Openings, instead of doors, sometimes instead of walls.
We managed to create an intimate, enveloping atmosphere in the master bedroom: a closet is hidden behind one curtain, and a window is behind the other. This solution makes the space feel softer and more private.

The interior is composed of vintage pieces paired with accent Italian furniture. I love working with such pieces — they have character and history. Furthermore, it’s an eco-friendly approach: high-quality items are given a new life. So much of this material has already been produced that it seems logical to breathe new life into already worn-out objects.
The most valuable thing is the atmosphere. We’ve managed to create a comfortable space that you don’t want to leave. You want to live your life: go out onto the terrace, watch a movie, drink coffee.

I’m especially happy with the choice of furniture and art — they shape the character of this interior.
